Recently I started to gain weight. I'm going to try "The ABC Diet" once again.
Bought the book and will try to follow it.
The ABC DIET POWER 12:
Almonds and the other nuts
Beans and legumes
Spinach and other green vegetables
Dairy (fat-free or low-fat milk, yogurt, cheese)
Instant Oatmeal (usweetend, unflavored)
Eggs
Turkey and other lean meats
Peanut butter
Olive Oil
Whole-grain breads and cereals
Extra-protein (whey) powder
Raspberries and other berries
