- physically weak, as from age or sickness; frail.
- weak intellectually or morally: a feeble mind.
- lacking in volume, loudness, brightness, distinctness, etc.: a feeble voice; feeble light.
- lacking in force, strength, or effectiveness: feeble resistance; feeble arguments.

feeble, vigorous, irresolute and scarcity

feeble - physical or intellectual weak
vigorous - strong, active, robust, energetic, powerful in action
scarcity - shortness of supply
irresolute - not resolute, doubtful
vowel - a,e,i,o,u and sometimes w and y
consonant - opposite of vowel
